3. Usage
This test kit is used toclinical in vitro detection of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) concentration inhumanblood quantitatively.
4. Principle
This test kit use double antibody sandwich method, to detecthumanhs-CRP level in sample. The purified
hs-CRP coated on NC membrane. When testing, put sample into buffer and mix it evenly,there isfluorescein labeledhs-CRP antibody in buffer. If there ishs-CRP antibody in sample, it can combine with fluorescein labeledhs-CRP antibody in buffer, form a complex, affected by chromatography, it reacts with coatedhs-CRP antibody when coming to the place which coatedhs-CRP antibody. If nohs-CRP antibody in sample, then no reaction. When the reaction over, put the test card into Fluorescence Spectrometer, calculate thehs-CRP antibody concentration by the strength of the fluorescence signal.
