1. Principle
The Porcine Circovirus (PCV2) antigen rapid test card uses colloidal gold immunochromatography technology, which is suitable for the qualitative detection of porcine circovirus antigen in porcine eye and mouth secretions, feces and urine. The porcine circovirus antigen in the sample was bound to the colloidal gold labeled porcine circovirus monoclonal antibody to form a complex. During the flow to the other end of the NC membrane, the complex was bound to the antigen covered by the T-zone, and the T-line appeared. Line C is the control line. The presence of line C indicates that the test strip is effective.

4. Sample Processing
1). Collect the porcine eye and mouth secretions, feces or urine. Insert the cotton swab into sample buffer tube and gently shake the swab to fully absorb the secretion.
2. Fully stir the cotton swab in the buffer and repeatedly squeeze the tube wall to make the secretion fully dissolved in the buffer to obtain the sample to be tested.
3. The samples to be tested must be tested at that time, otherwise they need to be refrigerated, and those that exceed 24 hours need to be frozen.
5.Storage and expiry date
Storage: Store at 4-30 ℃ in dark, sealed, dry place, no frozen.
Expiry date: 24 months; date of production is on box.
