The Ofloxacin rapid test strip applies the principle of competitive inhibition immunoassay. Ofloxacin in the sample binds to the colloidal gold labeled specific ofloxacin monoclonal antibody during the flow process, inhibiting the binding of the antibody to the ofloxacin BSA conjugate on the NC membrane detection line, resulting in a change in the color of the detection line.
