[Detection Principle]

Enrofloxacin/ciprofloxacin, florfenicol and chloramphenicol in the sample binds to the colloidal gold labeled specific enrofloxacin/ciprofloxacin, florfenicol and chloramphenicol monoclonal antibody during the flow process, inhibiting the binding of the antibody to the enrofloxacin/ciprofloxacin, florfenicol and chloramphenicol BSA conjugate on the NC membrane detection line, resulting in a change in the color of the detection line.
