[Detection Principle]

The Enrofloxacin-Florfenicol-Chloramphenicol 3in1 combo rapid test strip applies the principle of competitive inhibition immunoassay. Enrofloxacin, florfenicol and chloramphenicol in the sample binds to the colloidal gold labeled specific enrofloxacin, florfenicol and chloramphenicol monoclonal antibody during the flow process, inhibiting the binding of the antibody to the enrofloxacin, florfenicol and chloramphenicol BSA conjugate on the NC membrane detection line, resulting in a change in the color of the detection line.
