【Introduction】

【Test Principle】
The Pendimethalin Rapid Test Card is based on the principle of competitive inhibition immunochromatography. During chromatographic migration, Pendimethalin in the sample binds to the colloidal gold-labeled Pendimethalin-specific monoclonal antibody, thereby inhibiting the binding between the antibody and the Pendimethalin–BSA conjugateimmobilized on the test line of the NC membrane, resulting in changes in the color intensity of the test line.
