1. Brief

4. Principle

The Chloramphenicol rapid test dipstick is based on competitive inhibition immuno-chromatographic principle. In the flow process, Chloramphenicol in the sample combined with Chloramphenicol specific colloidal gold-labeled monoclonal antibody, Inhibit the combination between antibody and Chloramphenicol-BSA conjugate on Test line of NC membrane, lead to the color change of Test line. When the sample has no Chloramphenicol residue or concentration lower than detection limit, T line is darker than C line or T line has same color with C line; when the concentration is equal to or higher than detection limit, T line is obviously lighter than C line or T line has no color. No matter whether there is Chloramphenicol residue in sample, C line will appear, it means the test is valid. 

5. Safety performance and garbage disposal

This product's test strips and packaging are non-toxic and harmless, and should be disposed of as dry waste after use; honey samples to be treated as wet garbage; The organic reagents used are collected and centrally processed in waste liquid bottles.

6. Storage and expiry date

Storage:  Store at 2-8  in dark, sealed, dry place, no frozen.
