1. Usage and principle
This kit use indirect enzyme-linked immunoassay (ELISA) to detect specific antibody against Mycoplasma in pig serum or plasma qualitatively, for monitoring antibody after pig immune and auxiliary examination of this disease.
If there is Mycoplasma antibody in sample, it will combine with coated Mycoplasma antigen on plate and the added anti-pig enzyme conjugate specific antibody at second step. The indirect combination and substrate react lead to coloration can reflect whether there is protective mycoplasma antibody in sample.

3. Materials required but not provided
ELISA Reader including 450nm and 630nm wavelength, 37℃ Incubator, measuring pipettes.
4. Sample requirement
1) This kit only used to testing pig serum or plasma.
2) To obtain best laboratory result, avoid using sample with NaN3、high cholesterol、bacteria and severe hemolytic.
3) Store serum sample at 2~8℃ for a short term(3 days); store at -20℃ or below -20℃ for a long time, avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
5. Note
1) Return to room temperature before use. Seal the unused micro-well strip and store at 2~8 ℃.
2) Mix reagent evenly before adding sample.
3) Before incubation, seal the plate with adhesive film, do not repeat use adhesive film.
4) Tighten all caps after use, don’t mix caps. Never mix up reagents and manual from test kits in different batch number.
5) The wasted kits and sample should be treated as infection agent. The stop solution is corrosive, be careful to use.

Expiry date: 12 months.
Storage: Store at 2~8℃ in dark, no frozen.
