1. Introduction
The Canine Leishmania antibody Rapid Test card (colloidal gold method) uses rapid immunochromatographic technology to detect Leishmania antibody in canine whole blood, serum and plasma qualitatively.
The test card has a test line “T” and a control line “C”, after adding sample, if the Canine Leishmania antibodies are present in the specimen, wine-red colored line will appear in the (T) Test line region. The (C) control line show normally indicating that the test is valid.

3. Materials required but not provided

4. Sample Collection and Preparation
1) Test sample: canine whole blood, serum, plasma (do not use hemolyzed, hyperlipidemia samples).
2) The sample should be tested on the same day; if the sample can not be tested immediately should be kept refrigerated, and if it takes more than 24 hours, should be kept frozen.
3) Whole blood samples should NOT be frozen, and can be stored at 2-8°C for 3 days.

Storage: Store at 2-30 ℃, in a cool and dry place away from light
Expiry date: 24 months; date of production is on box.
