1. Introduction

The Canine Parvovirus(CPV) antigen- Canine coronavirus(CCV) antigen combo rapid test card is based on colloidal gold immuno-chromatography technique to detect CPV, CCV antigen in samples. After adding sample, the sample move along with the colloidal gold labeling antibody, if there is antigen in the sample, it combines with antibody on T line and show wine-red color; if there is no antigen, then no color reaction.

3. Test procedure

1) Use swab to collect fresh feces or take sample from Rectum directly. If it is for screening for dogs without diarrhea, please take sample from Rectum. We suggest that do not take dry feces sample, because collecting dry feces sample will lead to collecting too much sample and appear false positive.

2) Insert the swab into the tube with sample buffer immediately, rotate the swab strongly on tube well for at least 10 times and mix the solution evenly, making the sample been dissolved in sample buffer fully. Press the swab on tube well above the liquid level, making the liquid been pressed out fully, discard swab.

3) If the feces particles is big, be static for 1-2min, make big particles precipitate.

4) Take out test card from sealed bag. Put it on flat surface, use dropper to draw upper-layer bright liquid, drop 5 drops (do not over adding) slowly, one by one, to the sample hole with “S” mark.

5) At this time, you will see the wine-red color liquid flowing through the observation window. If the liquid is not flowing, lightly press the area between the "sample hole" and the "observation window" to help the liquid release.

6) Put the test card at room temperature for 10-15min, read the result, the result is invalid after 15 minutes.

4. Results judgment

1) Positive: control line and test line are both seen wine red, like picture 1, 2, 3;

2) Negative: only control line is seen wine red, like picture 4;

3) Invalidation: control line isn’t seen wine red, like picture 5.

5. Storage and expiry date

Specifications: 10T/kit

Storage: Store at 2-30 ℃, (No frozen). Return to room temperature before open the Aluminum foil bags for cold storage.

Expiry date: 24 months; date of production is on box.
