1. Principle
This FMD-NSP (3ABC) antibody rapid test kit is an immuno-chromatographic test, using colloidal gold immunoassay method, to detect the FMD-NSP (3ABC) antibody in whole blood, serum, plasma of pig, cattle and sheep. Applied to the screening of infected animals.

3. Test procedure
1) Collect 0.5-1mL whole blood, centrifuge at 3000 r/min for 3~5min to separate serum . Or be static at 4℃ overnight, separate the serum naturally.
2) Take out the test card( return to room temperature firstly if store in cold), put it on desk flatly.
3) Take 30uL serum, add into the sample well mark “S” on test card (Recommended), or use the supplied dropper to add 1 drop of serum into sample well vertically and slowly.
4) Please wait for 10min.
5) Then use the bottle with sample dilution buffer, adding 2 drops of sample dilution buffer into “S” mark well.
6) There will be wine-red liquid flow the observation, wait 10-15min to read the result, the result is invalid after 15min.
4. Results judgment
1) Negative: control line and test line are both seen wine red. It means the antibody level lower than HI titer1:16;
2) Positive: only control line is seen wine red, it means the antibody level higher than or equal to HI titer1:32 ;
3) Invalidation: control line isn’t seen wine red like picture .
5. Storage and expiry date
Store at 2 - 30ºC and the shelf life is 24 months.
