【Test Principle】
The Metolachlor Rapid Test Card is based on the principle of competitive inhibition immunochromatography. During chromatographic migration, Metolachlor in the sample binds to the colloidal gold-labeled Metolachlor-specific monoclonal antibody, thereby inhibiting the binding between the antibody and the Metolachlor–BSA conjugateimmobilized on the test line of the NC membrane, resulting in changes in the color intensity of the test line.
